BREAKING ELLE DREAM CAST
B+ (3.5-4 stars)
Breaking Elle was such an emotional ride. This book was quite captivating and has a lot of interest to it, to appeal to anyone. Elle and Reed’s relationship was quite interesting, well written and emotional, it was quite a strong part of the novel and it really stood out to me. Overall I think this is book has a long of realistic story lines, and did hook me as a reader. The story did feel a little rushed at times, but I think the author got in all the important details and was so excited to share her story. You can feel the author’s dedication and emotion in this story, she writes it so well that it comes to life on the page. Having both perspectives is often a risky move in novel writing but this time, it turned out to be perfect for this story line, and really heightened the story because able to understand things from both sides instead of one.
**Spoiler Alert: There is cheating in this book, for those of you who can’t handle it or don’t like it. It does work in the context of the novel but for those of you who don’t like it, before you pick up the book, know it’s in there.
