Hey everyone! Long time no post! I’ve missed you all and I hope you’ve missed my posts as well. I will be posting tons of book reviews in the coming week, but I wanted to share with you something on the mind of a lot of people.
It’s almost 4th of July, picnics are at an all time high. Tons of gatherings outside with beer and fun drinks and tons and tons of food. You have been working out, eating clean, and then you approach the dreaded dessert table! Eeek!
